Is it possible to get a list of all web sites that my computer accessed without spyware?

I mean can I go to my internet service and get that information?

Do you have internet explorer? If you do at the top there is a little clock like thing and it has an arrow around it. If you click on that you can look at the last weeks history of sites that have been accessed. Other than that you will have to wait for others to help you.

Your ISP may or may not log activity, depending. You can ask them, but chances are slim.

One thing that a lot of people forget about when they're trying to cover their tracks online:
They will clear the "History" of visited web pages, but they forget to clear the "Temporary Internet Files" folder. The TIF folder is just as informative, if not more informative, than the History.

Immediately before D-Day, I discovered that my W was on to me by looking in Temporary Internet Files and seeing she had plugged my OW's cell phone number into a reverse directory lookup, trying to find out who I had been calling. That was all the evidence I needed to know she had seen my cell phone bill and the jig was almost up, and sure enough, a few days later it was.

I also discovered she had installed spyware because of cookies from one of the spyware company's websites. That caused me to go looking for the spyware, and I found it.

If you use Internet Explorer, do this:

• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Select "Internet Options"</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">In the 2nd box, Temporary Internet Files, select "Settings"</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Click "View Files"</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Click the rectangle at the top that says "Last Accessed" to sort the items in chronological order, if that will help (i.e., looking for days you knew your S had time alone on the computer)</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Keep in mind - items get logged there that have nothing to do with your S's surfing habits - every banner ad or pop-up ad that comes up on a website will stash things here, usually images (i.e., open Yahoo! and you may see items in Temporary Internet Files from Victoria's Secret because of a banner ad for V.S. across the top of Yahoo's page)</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Look for Cookies - they usually are stored here when your S logs in to a site with a username and password - you can't access the UN & PW this way, but at least you can see if they're visiting webmail sites you don't know about (i.e., you know your S has a Yahoo! mail account but you see them visiting Hotmail alot)</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">The more listings of items you see for a particular website, the more likely it is that your S spent a long time there or browsed multiple pages on that site - those are your best bet</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Look at the icon on the left - if it looks like the Internet Explorer/Netscape logo, click it to see the page that was visited - it may not always work though</font></li>

If you have Internet Explorer and are using windows you can hold down the CRTL key and press "H" at the same time.

It will show the history unless it has been deleted.
