My husband has been an open book about his affair. He has let me ask all the questions I want and he has answered honestly.
Is knowing all of these answers healthy? The shock I get from his answers is driving me crazy. When he explains some of the things they have done, it is just not the man that I know.

It is good that he has decided to be that open with you. I think is healthy that he is being that open, but I am not sure I would be asking too many questions if I could. I know the answers will hurt me for sure so I do not ask what I do not want to hear lately. I am not sure at what point we have to stop asking about the past and focus on building a new future by working on the present. To me things that hurt that much will only withdraw units from Love bank. Also, we are not the person we were anymore before the affairs happened in our lives. I think both parties are changed/touched for life. It is how we deal with our new selves that should count.
