Hey Mom of One...I get to Buffalo a lot (going to Smokin tomorrow for gas). With no delays at the border, I'm about 20 mins. from there too I estimate. Also have relatives in Depew, Lancaster and Grand Island (h's side of family). Maybe one day we could meet for coffee. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

This year it got as high as 2.20 then went down as low as 1.89 over the summer, it just recently shot up to 2.05. This is in eastern Connecticut.

I live in Virginia Beach, VA and today I filled up my tank at $2.09 for Premium. I have to use 93% octane or above because I drive a 2004 MINI Cooper. Which I adore especially now because I am getting 30 miles to the gallon in the city. And I drive an automatic. And I deliver pizzas part-time now (I'm fullfilling FWH's EN for Domestic Support and he's thrilled).
Today I was really happy to note that I went 115 miles on a quarter tank of gas!

I'm another from UK and so am envious of your prices!!!! A lot of our ptrice for petrol (gas) is tax which really iritates people here.

Averaging $2.20--for "regular"--central Long Island. Go out further east or west, and you have gauging on top of that.
MO1 mentioned cigarettes...mini-threadjack: average for a carton? $50! UGH (and ICK!)
