Thanks for your support on this. I feel very strongly about this and just wish that the moderator would repost what was posted. Anyways, it is over now, and i am over it. Thanks anyway.

Lem~

I think it's more the method than the message people have a problem with.

I must qualify what I said by saying, I'm always "late", and have yet to see any of what has been edited or deleted on your posts.

IMO, as long as you are respectful, don't use name calling, nor make generalizations, I'm all for a "different" type of opinion. I find it all interesting.

LemonMan, I think you are a great contributor to this forum and a breath of fresh air. Don't you dare change a thing about yourself. You come here to post in YOUR STYLE, not in the style of some behavior dictocrat. [excepting our wonderful mods from that category, whose job it is] Beating around the bush is apparently not your style and I can relate!

So hang in there and don't let the behavior cops get you down. You are awesome just how you are.

P.S. And I can relate to the anger you express sometimes. I feel it quite often and it has nothing to do "my feelings for my WS," but rather, my outrage at INJUSTICE.

It outrages me to see injustice and even more so when I see the target of such injustice sit there and pick their nose like everything is fine.

Decent people are supposed to be become outraged at injustice and I am mystified at why some try to dismiss rightful anger as some sort of bias. As if only biased people are capable of rightful anger. Very strange view.....

Honestly, it brings a tear to my eye. You fully managed to explain complex topic, in a way that even I can relate to.

See Lemonhead, er, Lemonman (sorry, there I go again thinking of your counterpart!), ALL types of people and their unique words are needed here.

ML, how is your helmethair, Texan-self doing lately? I have actually been trying to "raise" my hair up lately, but I don't have a whole lot to work with. Is the air more bouyant in Texas? Or am I just SOL, since "everything is bigger in Texas?"

Spidey

Lemon + Weaver - Maybe a section needs to be added to this BB - the 2X4 section....The section that says it straight up- you are not going to win this battle..it's over...move on.....for the BS who is M to the serial/philanderer/predator...

I found MB and thought I could follow this and win my WH back..I swear I've done it all and then some...nothing works for the serial/philaderer/predator - I knew nothing about this type of person and that they existed until I came to this BB..Heck, I didn't even know what a narcissist was...I'm alot wiser now I at least know what I'm dealing with..My situation is not the "norm" MB principles cannot apply to my M..

I've needed the 2X4 from you guys to see the truth in what some of us post here - you read between those lines - you help open our eyes...masny M can/are saved thru this BB - some are not worth saving and it's important that we who are blind have support too...Please don't leave....

I'm still in limbo w/WH - I still can't leave - but thru this BB I may find the strength faster than I would have w/o you guys.....

Lemonman, for one day, yesterday to be exact, I found myself censoring myself. I'm a BS and for my own healing I express my feelings on MB, whether totally positive or not. Somehow I started feeling that was unMB-like. Well, I'm back to being CV-like. That's me, who I am. I love MB. It has probably saved my M. However, I am not always going to be chearful, and sometimes I'm not 100% sure it will be possible to overcome the A and recover our M. Sometimes I have to express those feelings also, so I don't dump my H or lose hope.

Anyway, I like all sorts of viewpoints, as long as they are stated respectfully, and as the poster's opinion, not the ultimate truth. Also, that the poster's motive is about healing, whether for themselves or helping others. Keep being you and keep posting! CV

Hi LemonMan! I just want to say that I understand your need to try to Help BS's. But you have to understand that when a BS is in a position as say FIM where her whole world is crumbling in front of her and her dreams are being swept away by her WS, she is very sensitive. BS ARE strong, but some comments just hit them the wrong way. I didn't read your post over in the PG board, although I should be over there now, I still post over here on GQII. I have to ask though, why are you posting over on that board unless you can offer good solid advice for someone who is going thru such a traumatic experience. Far worse than even finding out about the A itself...but to find out that your H got another woman pregnant or your wife is carrying another man's baby. Imagine that! Imagine the trauma you would face over that news.

Alot of people can look at BS's and think "why on earth would you want to keep this man/woman after what he/she has done to you?" I sometimes think that myself...but then I realize the love I have for my H is stronger.

I think you offer a lot of good insight to this board, and I understand you thinking...My H is a physician as well, and you guys are taught to "fix" things, not watch things fall apart. But not all things can be fixed right away, you have to go thru the process and all of the people on this board have to do what is right for THEM. What THEY feel comfortable with. And most of the people are very sensitive to strong comments, me included Sometimes I can take the comments and roll them off my back...but other times I cant. And I feel that is how others feel. Everyone has bad days...Keep posting LM...we all can use every bit of advice we can get!

lemmonman,
I'll be honest with you. At first I didn't like very much your post to me ... about preparing myself to get dissappointed again by H
But then it got me thinking, I need to keep my feet on the ground ... I'll do everything possible for us but keeping my feet on the ground ... and believe it or not ... I think about your post every day ...
And I really really hope you will not be writing a post for me ...

I don't post that much but I read the MB almost everyday ... there are no mistakes ... you did not get here by mistake ... God sent you ... all of us ... sharing our stories and our feelings, anger, resentment, hopes, everything ... it is what I keep coming back ...

(((prayers for you)))
