MOM,

I know you have your hands full as I do too with the kids and recovery. Just wondering if you could tell me about how the TT and BL went? You said you had it done in July on Tummytucks post. Can you tell me how painful or horrible it was? I am seriously considering both of these procedures in the spring. I am going to try exercising first as much as I can as I have had two back surgeries. Also wondering if you had it done at the same time? How are the scars? I am also concerned about the scars from it all. Thanks.

I hope things work out for you and D23B. Recovery sucks.

Yes the commercial hoist that I have been using isn't working so well anymore.... . Thought I would try out a permanent solution to that problem.

Hiya HINY! I had the surgery done on July 8th, exactly 3 days after finding out OW was PG BUT I wasn't going to let that stop me I had both of the procedures done at the same time. I had lost all the weight that I was going to lose, but I still had the bulging skin My boobs were hanging down to my waist

The recovery SUCKED! I was bedridden for literally 3 weeks. Dad helped out until I kicked him out after 3 weeks. The scar from my TT are wonderful...I think it will be very unnoticeable after a year or so....The boobs, well that is another story. One of the breasts came opened and caused a 2 x 3 inch guage right under the nipple. Yes, it was extremely painful..almost like a 1st degree burn...it got infected and I was on antibiotics. But I am still very glad I did it, cuz I can see my nipples now

People may think of it as minor surgery, NO WAY! The TT is major, the BL is minor. I still have some hypersensitivity from the TT...

I think with a normal recovery, things will go very well. My point was that I got this body by giving birth to that man's children and he was going to pay for the new one. That was my frame of mind. I would highly recommend it. it brought my self esteem up and I enjoy wearign the sexy bras too

Mom,

Thanks for the info. I have been really thinking about it for real. I am thinking I will have the boob thing done first then the TT. I have had two kids and breast fed them both so you know how that goes. Anyway I appreciate you posting me back. I know about recovery and recovering at the same time. I had surgery (female) right when our recovery started also. He was friendly about it, but took our DS to stay with his brother. I ended up throwing up until the next day so that was probably a good thing. Then again I could have used his help with other stuff too.

Gee I wish I had a DAD that would pay for mine.... . I will have to pay for it myself.

Thanks again.
