Just wondering if there are any WWs or FWWs out there that when the affair ended, you got "feelings" back for your husbands...
I've been separated for over a year and I think my WW's affair is slowly coming to an end. She hasn't made any effort to save our marriage and we are basically waiting for DV to be finalized. I think about her all the time lately and wonder if there is any hope of us ever working through this. I guess I'm kinda looking for some sort of hope from other WWs or FWWs that have found their way back to their husbands.
If there are any WWs/FWWs out there and would like to share their story here, I'm sure not only myself but others also would appreciate you sharing with us and giving us some sort of hope for the future....

My A ended well before dday- so I'm not the right person to answer this. But I'm sure someone has a *hopeful* story to share with you.

LWH,
I'm a FBS, not a WS, but can I share a thought? The answer to your question is really as individual as each situation.
The question you need to ask yourself is this: do you want to recover your marriage?
Whether it is possible or not is a followup question. None of us can truly see in the future. There are some stories on here where most would have predicted the marriage was toast, and yet the two individuals found it within them to forgive, repent, and forge a stronger marriage than before. You can't know what will happen.
So ask yourself: do YOU want to expend energy trying to recover what might turn out to be an unrecoverable marriage? If you can answer, "yes" then you give it your all and you might find your WW comes along eventually. You take a chance.

Absolutely I regained my feelings for my H. I never fell out of love with him, I just created him in my mind as a very bad person, so I could justify my actions.
Now that the soggy ole fog has lifted, I see he isn't a bad person. I'm madly in love with him, and he with me and we are rebuilding our M, and it is going GREAT!!!
We still have hard times, but I think it is just because for the first time in our 9 years M, we are acknowledging things, rather than pushing them under the rug.
I know that the A, was a fantasy, the feelings for OM were not real, it was all apart of the A. OM was not special, he could have been anybody, but now he is a nobody to me.
It is absolutely possible to regain your feelings back and have a better M.

Thanks for the replys. I'm still holding out hope for a little longer. She has the ability to stop the DV or let it go. She has to be the one willing to work on this marriage at this point. Maybe one day she will realize what she had....
