has there been a bit more unease settling in on here today than the usual Infidelity stuff? It seems like there are far too many of us at odds with other's.Maybe it's due to the ad campaigning for tomorrows vote or I don't know but I hope we can get back to basics.Too many misinterpretations, claims and negativity going on.

It's not you, OG. Today has been one of the most hostile days I have ever seen on this forum in all the time I have been here. On many different fronts. Hope its better tomorrow after the election.

You know I feel sick too. It was the worst day I have ever had reading on here, but just couldn't stop.

It is the place every single one of us comes for support, to help give support and to draw strength.

After all these months of relying way too heavely on this board, I am in tears for the first time reading here.

Didn't know how upset I was until I read another posters thread and started balling my eyes out.

Now I have no strength to give to her

Maybe you guys are right and it is the election... and the lunar activities.

Hi all,

I've avoided all the craziness here today, for the best I reckon. Read only a little of it.

O, it's good to hear from you again. I hope you're managing okay.

Hey ziz,

Boy,it's been a while since I've posted to you! Hope you are ok too. What's the status these days? Gee,there's just so many people it's hard to keep up with everyone.Kind of like when I used to post on WebMD.So many people in pain.I'll try to catch up soon!

{{weaver}},

There, there.Maybe you need to get away from here for a spell.I have been taking week long breaks my self. It's a helpful place to be but also a painful one and loads of emotion and conflict going round.Go take a hot bath or have some hot chocolate,ok?

Hi GC,

Well I've been drawn back in today and not for the better either.I took a break for a while and now I am here posting all over again.

I'm managing better thanks.WH has a new full time high paying job which means all the financial worries are over. But,can't help but still be sad now that I have to endure watching my WH pack his things and leave for good.I am going to be out as much as I can while he does this of course.

Hope you are ok too.I wish I had more time to follow up on everyone.I'd never leave my office though if I kept reading here.I'll try to catch up on your thread.

Recovery goes well, thank you very much for asking! We just "fired" our MC last week, after nearly 7 months. We were to the point where we were paying $80 a week just to shoot the breeze. Our MC is a great guy, but . . . the A financially devestated us. Yet another aspect of the chaos and horribleness associated with infidelity.

Whenever I get down about the financials, though, I think: What exactly is my M and my family worth? The answer is instant - priceless.

So sorry your sitch has gone the other way. I can tell you are going to be fine, no matter how it turns out eventually. I'm glad your WH got the job, too. I know for a while, without him working, you were concerned with keeping the house. I'm with you, though, I didn't care what it took, me and my boys were keeping this house! It is not grand, it is not my "dream home," but it is stability for all, in a very uncertain and scary time. Your girls are SOOOOOO lucky to have a mom like you to take care of them.

Keep posting. Today sucked, and I'm glad I was gone for most of it, here on MB. It truly is like mass conflict, though. Strange.

Bye girlie!

10/10 adolescent female:

Thanks for letting us know about your situation.

I've thought about you often (with it being so tough and all).

However, I just didn't know what to write.....with Him having to be there and NOT much you could do about it.

So since the D seems to be inevitable......I am very Happy for you that at least he Now can support himself, help you on that Front.....and now get himself at least out of your sight.

I can't imagine being forced to be with someone (and supporting them) while they are Divorcing you. [makes me cringe just considering it for myself]

So although I know its not the ideal situation.....glad its at least improved on some of the issues.
At this point I'm sure your happy to take any and all positives you can get!
take care

Thank you top rope.

I am very relieved to have the financial pressure off, yes.I get my beautiful, healthy girls,my beloved home and the knowledge that I will be ok financially and that I have done all I can to save my marriage.

I wish things could have been different for my WH and I but I chose to let him go and do what he needs to.However,I still wear my wedding ring and I still send out *not available* vibes and signals for now.Afterall,in the eyes of God and in my heart,I am still married.Until I am divorced and have some time to heal,it's all about my girls, mom is second.I don't mind that one bit.

Thanks for thinking of me.I appreciate it.

O
