Bump for the DC party people -

I live in Washington too - but not DC, and not Washington state.

My commute is getting longer as this area grows - it was 5 min, now up to 7 min. I don't know how I can take much more of this.

Hi everyone! Don't forget the party this Saturday. There will be toasts in honor of those who can't make it in person, tasty things for those who do make it in person, and those who come early will even get to meet DD!

You've got mail. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Looking more like we can make it.

Tony Blair's in town and rumor has it he's looking for a good party. Want me to cash in some favors to get him there?

Maybe some UK friends can help me understand this - Bob Pure, you here? What's the ritual in the Parliament with the standing up and sitting down while the back and forth arguing is taking place? Looks like high brow political whack-a-mole. Everytime I see this on the news I think of whack-a-mole.

OK, sorry to thread jack.

Hey, Tony's welcome at my party. I bet the food will be better than at the White House, too.

Everyone who's even thinking about considering coming, PLEASE e-mail me today for directions; I may not be able to spend much time on e-mail tomorrow, what with the trips to the airport and such. (Cerri, Cerrish, HoFS, and err, one other person whose preferred username over here escapes me... you know who you are, so post if you want people to know you'll be there!)
