Please check his posts...usually don't butt in like this, but his D is in complete danger, the way I see it. I would just say, get her the **** out of there and worry about the legal implications later. His hesitation is being fed by his lawyer, and it seems he's looking long-term--full custody. But we all have heard what "later" may bring.

Very scared for her. If someone has any legal advice or anything, please see either one of his posts. I'm very scared for her. I really am hoping I am overreacting.

I knew you'd come!

I don't know...I'm not sure if he''s ever said it. But if his D is in that situation, **** his lawyer sitting on his *** and looking at the long term. Short term, he's making it out to be that she is in IMMEDIATE danger.

Like I said, I hope I am overreacting.

I really haveta go (which is one of the reasons why I posted this thread.)

I'm not sure of the entire sit--been only following his sit half the time--which doesn't help someone like you out, sadf. (I know you need more facts than I'm giving.)

I hope there's something you or someone else can do or advise him. Thanks for responding so quickly.

Frankd has been given the same advice for months. He doesn't seem to listen to anyone and I often wonder why he posts here. I as well as many others have told him to protect his daughter time after time but he just comes back with the same drama. It's a crying shame! I personally think he feeds the fire in that dangerous situation as he just can't let them alone.

I think frankd is as much a part this Megan's abuse as OM and WW. Why would he go over there to confront? Why did he just not get Megan out of there? It doesn't make sense. I too wish social services could step in.

There's no getting through to frank. The only thing we can do is pray for Megan's protection.

jph,
I share your frustration. Although I agree that Frank is feeding this drama, I hope he continues to post and that SOMEONE eventually gets through to him!

Many of us have told frank to be a Father, to get Meagan out of that house, to leave his marriage recovery out of it and protect his daughter and I agree, it's not been getting through.

We have told Frank that his lawyer was not protecting his D and that his therapist was enabling the affair and drame to continue and yet, I don't think he ever did deliver that PlanB letter .

Today, Frank comes here and tells us that he has contacted child protective services, it is the !st time I have seen proactive action on behalf of Meagan's safety. I want to know how it will be followed up and what staps will be taken.

I agree that this has been frustrating, but I hope that coming here will help Frank at some point to stand up and take the steps he need to take.

A few weeks ago, Frank took quite a derseved MB beating over his actions and then he disappeared. C'mon frank, we are not here to tell you that everything will be ok, we are here to help you see reality.

Lady and jp...thanks for posting. This is what I get for not taking my own advice and not knowing the full sit before posting.

I hope and pray he understands that this is NOT about him , nor his W nor his M anymore--it's about his D. From what the two of you have said, he doesn't. Damn shame. This girl is an innocent bystander in a situation waiting to be the cover story of the nightly news.

I'm glad he called SS. (And not Spidey! )

Thanks for letting me know.

LINY you were absolutely right to post ! What if something happened to Meagan and we had done nothing ? God Knows we are limited only to prayer and cyber action as it is !

I must not judge, and Franks sitch is a very very foul one, but my spirit and GOOD instinct CSREAMS to get that baby the fvck out of that poisonous house before something bad happens. And I for one would take her and seek forgiveness rathter than waiting for permission.

I gues it comes down to, "You gotta want to help yourself before you can get help." HE HAS TO UNDERSTAND THIS IS ABOUT HIS D, THOUGH...NOT ABOUT HIM. SHE HAS NO CHOICES, NO VOICE. There's no place for this kind of behaviour frm any of those threee. I agree Bob--if she is in dnager, which he is making it out to be--get her the fvck out NOW and "pay" the consequences later. It must be hard for him--but not so hard to protect your child. It really is a "no-brainer."
