OK. I will start. I am cooking.
Yeah, Thanksgiving was yesterday, but traditional comfort food is doughy, fattening, and full of oil.
So the holiday tradition here is morning of Black Friday I cook up a big mess of something I call "Cajun Eggs". It is a layered dish of yummy goodness.
Layer one: Red Beans and Rice cooked with Spicy Sausage.
Layer two: Pepper Jack Cheese
Layer three: Black beans. Two cans cooked with one cup of chopped jalapenos.
Layer four: 3 eggs over medium.
Top with a generous portion of Satan's Ghost pepper sauce. Garnish with fresh cut avocado to lull everyone into a false sense of security.
WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO !!!
(Don't think the boys friends are too happy. Milk's almost gone).
