From today I want to start being postive! Why am I wallowing in the past? I have to ask myself "what am I getting out of this?" Justification of hurting him over and over with my B!tchy attitude? Probably. But, I'm also making myself miserable. So, I want to stay postive even through my down times. I have to learn to think of everything good my H has done for me lately to keep me from wallowing. That is going to be SO hard until I learn how to do it. My whole being just wants to be mad and lash out.

MarshaR,

Take your H offers to sell those things !. He is amending you, take it. Your taker is speaking out and ignoring it would cause a resenment.

Now, you have to see that he tries so hard. I am pretty sure that SH has told you about how to overcome resentments. Is he serving a life sentence here ?. Focus on "radical honesty", you should inform him your emotional state honestly when he fillin your ENs. Guide him or train him to fillin your ENs. Inform him also when he is LB'ng.

Lastly, aside from the truck and rental property you need time ... time to heal. Every one has her/his own time table. He does the right things and you have to allow it ... the rest is time. Have faith!

Vent in here and hang in there

I'm starting to hate that word TIME!! I don't think we've really gotten into how to get over the resentment of it all. I will ask him about that on Monday though. Yes, the house is up for sale and we will trade his truck in when we can. Just took a loan out on it and we have many vehicles so I never ride in it. It's his work truck. I know this all takes time, just sucks cuz I want to be better NOW! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />
