Husband has one night stand with co-worker, both parties agree it was wrong and agree not to pursue anything further. Both agree that there will be no contact and will avoid each other in the office.

Wife of husband who cheated wants husband to leave job (obviously) but the guy is working for a company and doing a job he really likes and makes really good money. Finances amongst other things have been a big issue in their marriage. Husband has been at this job for 1.5 years and doing really well and well respected by management.

He has told me that neither party want anything further and since his position does not require he be in contact with this woman he feels like he can stay and continue to make good money to support his wife and children in a manner they have not had in the past....

Once that line was crossed, he can't work there anymore. Sorry, but that is only the fair thing for his wife.
