Sunday night my husband came home for the weekend. He currently lives with his sister about a hour away from our home. He said he is there because he is trying to clear his head, work on his book and take a break from his two hour commute to work. Although I think he is there because he wants to call OW as much as he wants and whenever he wants.

When he was home for the weekend he went out to his car and called OW for a hour and a half. I was pretty upset with him. We already discussed this before he came. I told him that he was going to respect me and not going to be sneaking out and calling her and stuff. He said he understood. Well after he came back in we got into a fight. I told him when he left the next day that I did not want him to contact me. He does call and speak to the boys for about 5 minutes a night. He has not tried to call other than talking to them. When I told him NC he actually looked happy about it.

Now I sit here wondering about him. I know for a fact he calls OW who lives 10 hours away and talks 2-4 hours a night. It's like he totally cares about her and her well being but his kids and me he could careless about. I am also 9 months pregnant. It just hurts that he can give us up that easy but for the last 10 months he has been struggling with NC with the OW. Lasting usually only a day or two.

Yes it has taken me out of his chaos. But I still miss him. I still miss talking to him and having his love and attention. I just don't see how he can be so selfish. He said he never loved me that he only was with me the last 7 years because he thought he could grow to love me. Also said when he was angry Sunday night that he wants a divorce and it's to bad if I don't. That I should be happy for him and OW. Not angry or spiteful. Shows he is deep in the fog.

I am not sure if my real husband will ever return to me. I am expecting the worst but hoping for the best at this point. I realized today that I have been doing a lot of things that have pushed him away even more. And I am working to make changes and trying not to do those things anymore.

honey, all i can tell you is that it sounds like the same thing my wh did. he wants you to back off.plan a, plan a, plan a.he is trying to justify the affair to himself which is why he says he never loved you, thought he could learn to love you, yada yada.that in his mind makes the affair justifiable.i dont think plan a includes confrontations over his cell phone usage. as i told you before you know its going on, so why continue to hurt yourself?you show him he CAN come back to his family and it CAN be like it was before. i know your hormones must be going crazy, but you have to try. you'll know when your making progress and then ypu will know if its time for plan b.hope it doesnt come to that. incidentally, does ow know shes messing with a married man with children and one on the way?
