Dearest Starz - I've read your thread, and know so well how you feel.

I'm just down the road you know (everywhere in Tx is just down the road)....I've not much room and my house is truly a crappy little beach house, but I'll bet we can find a kick arsed deal at a b&b (I know of 2 in my neighborhood), and you could hang out on my porch or we could go build sand castles with the children on the beach (and if you've not built a sand castle lately, you'd never believe how cathardic and what a wonderful workout it is).

The offer is there.

Thanks for your wonderful offer. If I ever had a free weekend, I'd take you up on it. If this thing turns bad (you know, D)I'll come, free weekend or not. I love the beach. The wind, the waves, the seashells - I feel so calm by the beach.

edited to add: I made an appointment with Steve H for next Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> What was I thinking?? I will feel so much better, I think, after talking to him.
