What size is your bread machine?

I've got a bagillion and 5 recipes and I use my machine at least once a weekend - sometimes as many as 3 or 4.

If you need anything holler - I even make my own hamburger/hotdog buns.

either you have a lot of time on your hands or you are the next Martha Stewart <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

I would love it if you posted some recipes! I rarely use my bread maker because I the recipes I have tried make the bread so darn dry. I follow it to a T and I do not know why it turns out this way. Any suggestions?

Niosgirl,

Thanks! That is so nice of you <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

My bread machine has different settings, I think from 1-3 lbs.

The bread I ruined was from a box, but I want to make white bread and wheat bread starting with flour. Any tips?

How about changing the thread title to something like The Bread Thread?

T, from what I've heard, you don't need to be Martha or have a lot of time to make bread machine bread. That's why it appealed to me! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
