Well my WH is in the Navy...and he went on a 12 day 'trip' out to sea with a 4 day weekend port in Florida. I noticed our Credit Card was over the limit so I asked him what was up with that and he said he bought an amp. on ebay. WELL...I just looked and it is a $216 airplane ticket. I would bet you a million dollars it is for the OW to go to Florida with him. That is also why he took out all the cash when he got paid...for her hotel I am sure. He e-mailed me yesterday saying how he is going to give me X amout for child support and that I needed to grow up and support myself and that we are getting a divorce etc. I can't handle this. I love him so much.. I am loosing to HER, and she is SCUM! I keep hoping one day he will come home....and grow up.. All he does is spend spend spend on her, and he thinks he is happy. Then he calls and tells me how depressed he is the next day. He gets out of the Navy in 5 months and has NO plans for the future other then moving the OW and her family to our hometown...
I am on anti-depressants but I tell you, I can't deal with this crap. I am so tired....
Sorry for the complain I just don't know what to do anymore. Our sons 4th birthday is Sunday and all he wants is for his Dad to come home... My brother in law and his wife (WH brother) are coming up for the weekend because they are moving to Japan.. I feel like ****. Why does our lives have to be going like this? WHAT CAN *I* do? I try to love him, and show him I can be a good person, but it just isn't working. All he sees is he loves the OW...

You know...
If I had no worries, could just spend money and charge up credit cards without worry...
If I could go to Florida and not worry...
If I could just leave my kids and know someone else would take good care of them...
I swear, my husband is so messed up. He thinks he can continue living like this forever?

(((((((((Dani))))))))

First off Dani, please don’t look at this as a competition between you and her, it’s not. It’s life and that’s not a game. So many people get so fixated on the competition that they fail to realize that the prize really ain’t that grand.

So what can you do? I’m not in a position to give you marital advice but I will say that all you can do is work on yourself. Control your reactions towards him and work on being the best mother you can be. Seek and find independent happiness that will glow from within you.

Thank you for the reply. I am really trying to work on myself. Easier said then done, but I am trying. I have a job interview Friday so I am excited about that.

I e-mailed WH and told him I knew about the OW going to visit him and he has not replied...
He sent me an e-mail about giving me X amount of money etc, and I replied kindly but stating that he is on the lease etc, and he has also not replied to that.
Interesting....

Just keep your feet moving in a positive direction and that will help a lot.

Kewl.

Just out of curiosity, have you checked to see approx. how much you are entitled to get? Obviously you have two little ones that have needs and it may be in your best interest to have a consultation with an atty to see what your rights are.
