is there a pdf file of the poj that i can print and we both sign after going over it, im under the impression that it is a contract we both sign..

There's a link to a printer friendly version on the page of that link, but I didn't see that it's a contract that you can both sign. You certainly could sign it and call it a contract, though.

I don't know why but somewhere on MB site I saw a pdf file that had the poj in it, for us to go over and sign, any thoughts on this or help would be great.
