Hi there
I am in a low mood today, for no particular reason. My h has already called me for the morning and things are kind of ok for now but i just feel overwhelmed by the whole situation i guess. I keep wondering if and when all of this will be over and right now it seems so far away that i am getting a little scared.

Hugs to you. I feel almost exactly like you do. Think about how lonely it was before forums like this. 24/7 was have a place to vent our feelings and get support. I find it a great comfort.
Take care! It's one day at a time and at least at this point, it seems to be a fairly adequate day. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Sindy,
Hang in there. We have to just take one day at a time. Every day is a struggle, but we can make it. I know what your feeling....each day you wake up and you have to tell yourself that, "yes, this is real....this is not a nightmare....this is really happening." It's a sobering reality. After that, you have to move on and get going. Don't dwell on it. Try staying as busy as possible. Do something productive or exercise. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

{{{Sindy}}},
Just wanted to send some cyberhugs to you.I know how it is to feel down.We all do.It will pass though.Be gentle to yourself during this time.Wrap yourself up in some warm blankets and watch and old movie, have some hot cocoa, talk a walk or a nap, take a long hot shower, whatever it is that can make you feel a little more comfortable ok?
*Mantra for today: "I will be ok no matter what happens" Repeat... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Sindy, try to do something nice for yourself. I'm going to go see the new Bridget Jones Edge of Reason movie. I've heard it's really funny. I hope to work in a late matinee. Will watching a romance make me sad? Maybe but seeing Colin Firth and laughing ought to make up for it. For some reason, I just feel better today.
Hugs and smiles to you!

Take care of yourself. And keep repeating what Ogirl said:
"I will be okay no matter what happens"
Do something that makes you happy - even if it's something that just makes you smile <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />
You are not alone....
