It has been 4 months since D-Day. 2 1/3 months since WH finally had no contact. Today I can't take it anymore. He keeps telling me that he has no feelings for me. I don't know how much longer I can Plan A it. Our MC said not to do anything over the holidays for the kids sake, but I don't know how much longer I can take this pain. Today I am so depressed I can't stand it. I've been crying for hours. Everytime I think about what he has done to me, our kids, I just don't know if he will ever realize how good he has it here unless he leaves. He has moved out of our bedroom and has been sleeping on the sofa for about 2 weeks. He won't let me get close to him, he won't even sit next to me. I feel so unwanted. Does anyone have any advice? I am so heartbroken.

I would go to plan B.

I can not see how this will be a happy holiday for the kiddos regardless..they are not stupid..I'll bet you could cut the tension with a knife.

Your love bank is no respector of national holidays..if you have reached the limit of what you can tolerate..then act.

A word of caution..Plan B is about protecting you..it might end the affair..but sending him away is risky even if you have executed a flawless plan A.

Still, work with what you have. I'd not make any decisions today..read and study and decide..do you feel you have planned A to the best of your ability? Did you have unrealistic expectations as to what Plan A would accomplish? Could his aloofness actually mean that he is conflicted? Are you unhappy and upset..or are you loosing your love for him..these things and others ought to be taken into account when considering going dark. Sometimes dark means over. It is an extreme measure. If just some relief is what you need..why not take a small vacation? Go visit family for a few days or..something to refresh yourself in the face of all this difficulty and rejection.

So..in closing..Plan B if you are ready.

Take a break if you just need some relief.

Post more often and rant and rave and interact with people who know precisely how you feel.
