My husband bought me the same gift that he bought his ow for my birthday. I am insulted, am I overreacting? Thanks

No you have a right to feel letdown by his insensitivity and you may want to consider conveying to him [in a calm, quiet, and respectful way] that under normal circumstances you would accept his gift with great happiness but because it is the same gift he gave to the OW, you cannot accept it because it is a painful reminder of his affair. BUT ask him if he is OK with the idea of giving you another gift instead. If you do this, he will realize that you are not rejecting his desire to give you a gift, just rejecting THAT particular gift to you.
