I have reached a point where I think the Boards are having a negative impact on my feelings towards my FWW. I find myself projecting the actions of so many WS's as things that my FWW could have done, but didn't do.

There are so many people suffering out there and I wish you all the best. Star*Fish and Suzet and so many others were very helpful to my recovery, although the roller coaster continues but it has only been 8 months since my FWW's NC.

Good Luck to you all and God Bless.

I think it is wise to take a break from these boards when they are having the affect you describe. It can be damaging to your recovery if you can't separate your own pain and recovery from those of others.

I know I often took long breaks in the past.

I hope you find great strength and peace in your recovery!

I know exactly how you feel. I used to get madder at some of the WS's here than I did at my own WH. Please check in from time to time. We need to hear about success stories.
