Hi Weaver,

Two questions...

How's that lake-effect treating you? check and see how accurate my office is at our website, http://www.nohrsc.noaa.gov

Now the other question. Much of Stafford's work is out of print. Could you recommend a good collection. I loved the poem you posted a while back, and the parachute quotation speaks for itself...

Hey Gray,

I am at work right now and busy, but I will post a link to Staffords work tonight when I get home.

As for the link you posted it is way too technical for me. This is what I understand -

Will I have to shovel to get out of the driveway?

Yes____ No_____ <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

We just got a couple of inches yesterday, which looks like it is going to stay. That's all so far. 4 inches more coming tonight. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I just left my office to look outside and you are right. Major lake effect snow... big, fat, fluffy flakes! and lots more coming. Gross!

Anyway, here's the two links I found.

http://www.newsfromnowhere.com/stafford/stafford00.html
http://www.poets.org/poets/poets.cfm?45442B7C000C040701

And I also was able to find out that the quote at the bottom of my sig line was a just a quote of his, not from a poem of his.

Back to work, bye
