My wife is very insecure with the fact that FOW was 16 years younger than me (58). W is 57 and has lost 100 lbs. How do I continue to assure her that I am back and that younger is not the problem. She is jealous of the younger FOW. I understand this, NC for one year, recovery with Radical honesty, Dr. H's books, EN's, etc. a "real" program of recovery.
I assure the group she looks and feels the best of our 36 years M. But 13 months after D-day she goes off on this at least once a month. I work at this one day at a time. Comments by me and affection from me are helpful but she is looking for a forum or group to speak with via email or chat.

Have you told her about the MB forums? Here she will find many BW like herself that have felt the same way she is feeling at this moment. Worth a try, wouldn't you say?
