Hey everyone, I finally did it. I cleaned out my closet and got rid of everything I haven't worn in a year. On D-day, I was a size 14, now I'm down to a size 8. And it was real easy, no special diet at all.

I packed up 6 huge bags of clothes to give away. I think I'm at my skinniest, so gonna buy some new clothes. Yeah!

Yeah! That's great! I've lost weight too but really didn't want to. I was in a 6 and now I'm fighting to stay in a 4. I don't really need to lose anymore. Yikes!

Go buy some sexy clothes!!!! Have fun!

I hear you.

I've lost 51lbs in 10 weeks with NO diet. I lost my appetite and it is just starting to come back.

My wayward wife asked me the other day "How much weight have you lost?" She said "what kind of Diet are you on?"

I said it's the "Wife having an Affair Diet." <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="images/icons/blush.gif" />

My stomach has shrunk so much I can only eat less than one half as I could before.

I started working out about an hour a day also. I ride a stationary bike 13 miles every morning and I lift weights.

I've gone thru 2 new wardrobes in the last 6 weeks, I keep wondering when it's going to stop. I haven't been this skinny in over 15 years. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Women stare at me all the time. I never noticed this before.

At least I'll be looking GQ if we get divorced. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

I lost 70 pounds. 20 pre D-day, 30 post d-day 20 post divorce. I'm 38, been told I look 22 now and feel like I'm 117. The D-day-DV Diet works! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

TR -

I am 5'7" and weighed about 150. Fairly fat. Now I weigh 125, all with no work. But it sure felt great to get rid of my old clothes.

It is cold here, so I'm just buying a few things until spring.

Hope you are doing well.

I am 5'4" and I was 198 (size 18) I am now 158 (size 12) 4 months later. I wonder what would happen if I added exercise to this...
I have needed to loose weight for a long time, and everytime my WH sees me he comments that I look great and he doesn't even recognize me.

Hi B,

Good for you for slimming down although the Infidelity diet isn't the healthiest way to go but we can't help it can we?

In my first few months I lost a lot of weight and a size 2 was loose on me.I usually am size 4 and I was a little scared at being so skinny. But I just could not keep any food down at all.Thank goodness for AD's.I am now back to my regular size.

Hope you have fun shopping!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

yeh, I too lost a bunch and was little worried (but happy too). Now about half of it is back and what does that mean? No, not in recovery...heading for D. Maybe the big D will get it off again.

Yep, 50 lbs lost since d-day, 6 lb of muscle put back on. 4 inches off my waist size and my arms and chest no longer fit in my shirts 'cos of muscle.

hyuk. Ain't no way I'm putting that flab on again.

Squid was mentally trying to compete with OMs 32 YO GF during the A and barely ate, and went to the gym every day as well as karate training.

She lost her boobs and worse silly clothes.

After the a she fell apart a bit - but as FNCJ pointed out she'd been living on raw adrenaline for four months, no wonder the effects were profound once it stopped. She gained some weight and her plumbing went haywire.

Last few weeks though she's been getting healthy again, training and eating sensibly. She has her boobs back ! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Dresses nicely and is becoming more content.
Looks like the infidelity diet works differently for WS than for BS.
