Hi all. Well, I am kicking myself again. WH is not living with OW, but I think it is because he is wanting to get a good property settlement.
Anyway 2 days before Thanksgiving he called and asked me to lend him $100. He had written me a letter that he wanted to help me out financially. And he told me he was going to get his retirement check, and back unemployment.
So, trying to be a good person, I gave him the money. Well guess what - haven't heard from him since. I can't believe that I keep doing such stupid things. I know what he has become, and just keep on not believing it.
What is wrong with me? Feel free to get out the 2X4's.

Seems to me that he's just proving once again that you are lucky to be alone!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> I found myself feeling sorry for my WH during Thanksgiving. I was thinking how awful it was going to be for him without family.....DUMB! I found out shortly after I was feeling sad that he was telling someone we both know that I'm not capable to have custody of our son. UUUGGGHHH...that was it for me. No more feeling bad for him. I have my appt. tomorrow to file and I'm going for everything!!!!!! Don't feel bad...we all do it! You'll just know not to make that mistake again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Believer, You missed out "long suffering". Least that was another of the love qualities in my Bible, which was the special, changed for content version I used when I was a full time door knocker. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Believer,
You are a kind-hearted person. WH know that and he is willing to use it to get what he wants. Don't beat yourself up. "What goes around comes around" he will never be happy as long as he is hurting others. You on the other hand are loving and kind. You are way ahead of the game, if you ask me.

Thanks guys. I FINALLY realize that this whole thing is about me, not about him. I've been doing this for 2 years next month (you're right AN - long suffering).
When I think of all the energy I have wasted, it makes me sick. After all, there are starving children to feed, the sick to comfort, lonely folks to visit, and many more problems in the world.
From now on, I am going to concentrate on the people in the world that want help and NEED help.

Beleiver, check out this book "Women who love too much"... its great.. but it might be a bit hard to read.... but its great <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> and yes, a lot of other people NEED your help...you are a giver, and WS has taken all he could.. HE IS A TAKER>>TAKER TAKER!!! Yes I'm going to get the 4x4 if I hear you giving anymore money to this guy!
