Tree - Spend this evening lounging around, resting, taking a long bath with a few candles. You can start making your life pleasant.

believer...I did get some stuff done while I was here alone. I also had a little breakdown. It just really hurts that my WH's entire family has wiped me out of the lives and treat me like I'm the one that had the affair. I feel better now though. My son said that while they were eating dinner he said "I wish mom was here". He also told me that it's not fair that I'm here alone and everybody else was there opening presents. He's a smart kid and doesn't miss a beat. I told him not to worry about all of that. My WH will regret all of this one day. Oh well!

It does feel bad to be left out. But that is what usually happens. Blood is thicker than water.
I told my step-children's spouses that I would ALWAYS love them, for being my grandchildren's parents. What is wrong with people?
I think the way the out-laws treat the BS can be a real relationship killer. I know for me, I would never want to be around them again. When I needed support, they headed the other direction. Can't imagine too many family dinners with them ever again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Yea...it is really sad how they just erase the BS out of the picture. My son told me that my MIL gave my WH some money and that she should have given it to me because I need it not dad. He's a smart little boy. I do feel terribly betrayed by all of them. I did nothing wrong and I'm being treated as if I were the WS. After my divorce is final I plan on sending them a letter. I have to let them know how I feel. My son sees how they are treating me and isn't happy about it. I try so hard to sheild him from all of this but he's just too smart. He knows more than I think. Well, I'm waititng on my attorney to get back to me today so that I can start the next step. Ahhhhhh...I can't wait to go home and be with my family for Christmas!!!!
