I just needed to write this out because I am starting to have some withdrawals. I have not talked to the OM since Saturday... Thought I was doing good until last night I began thinking about him and wondering what he was doing. I did not call him. This morning I am a little shaky but I am going to the counselor this morning so I hope to talk things out there..
Just needed to get this out. Everyone have a wonderful day... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

It does truly get easier. Just like a roller coaster, the biggest hill is at the start. Do everything you can to keep from giving in.

Calls to your spouse are a great idea.
