I have posted a bit here recently, going through a bit of a tough time <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

But, from people's experience, how do you get through, or at least get a WW to talk? We rarely speak at the moment, and even then it is usually on her terms. I have sent TXT messages (relating to a variety of issues - unpaid bills, our son etc) and the WW always seems to ignore them. It even happens in conversations between us. She just completely ignores what I am saying and goes off on her own tangent.

Is there anyway through this?

Sorry, my WH is a big stonewaller too. He answers only if he wants to. He seems to listen best after a couple beers late night. At least, he did while he was living here. Pick your time well. That's important.

Look at Orchid's reverse babble stuff. It might help you. Try some active listening techniques. Sometimes, I have to touch my husband like on the shoulder, to keep him in the conversation.

Of course they are going to take the conversation off on a tangent. Remember, it's all about ME! Good luck.
