Thought Id start a thread on different ways to find information about someone if you really dont have the money for a PI and things.

First thing to check would be the county courthouse, most of them are online now and have searchable databases. Need to know the OPS name? Check for the marriage license, usually thier parents are also listed, with an address. You can also search court cases by name, see what theyve been to court for and the outcome.

In Pa, you can go to the state police website and pay 10 dollars for a criminal history report, you need first and last name, and the date of birth, which you should find on the marriage license.

Theres a couple things for now....

My father found out everything about my WH's homewrecker and family for me last year when it seemed to matter(certainly does not now).He used to work for the NSA and has friends in high places.Ahem.So,I guess it helps if you know the right people.

Man I wish I knew somebody in the NSA!! Then I could just park a satelite over my WW's car!

Most of my information has come from a PI, altough I also have spyware on my computer that I used to gather a big bomb recently. And I guess the usual snoopin through the purse and car.

Now this one can be tricky, but it was how I found out the OM's last name and address.

I had his cell number from my cell bill, so I called up customer service for his carrier and told them I had a customer looking for credit, customer service asked who I was and I told them I was a salesman, now they didnt ask if I was a salesman "for them", so after that she asked what all did I need, so I told her I needed to verify the name and address on the account and she rattled them off to me. Tada!

Hiring a private investigator does not have to be expensive. Just call around. I wanted to get OW's boyfriends name, address and phone number. They live together and are unlisted. It was only 100 bucks and they got me what I needed in a couple days. I only had to give them very basic info. I gave them her name and where she worked and I knew the city she lived in. thats it! My plan was to call the boyfriend if my husband did not end the affair. Turns out he did not have to because she did but that's another whole story in itself!

Going along with getting information, does anyone know how to obtain a cell phone bill that belongs to my husbands company that he uses for work and I suppect to call OW. I only know the number to the phone not the billing and account info. Any suggestions as to how to obtain this information? I did a search and found several PI places that would get a month of bills for 100 to 200 dollars. Has anybody tried these? Are any of them any good. Would I also get the billing account number and address, so that I could then go sign up at the plan website an view the bill ie numbers called and recived
