I was dreading today but in the end we have all had a nice day. WH said he was coming over for Xmas day so when the kids woke up, they got straight on the phone to him (6.45 am) and asked him where he was <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> . Hope they disturbed a cozy little bedroom scenario! Anyway, he was over in less than an hour, the pressies were ripped open and I got lovely gifts from him. He never bothered much when we were together. Our day was pretty much our usual Xmas day except he left at 8 pm. (Remember I'm in HK and we are nearly finished here). It was important to me that the children had a great day and I know they did.

It was lovely to log on and see MB is back in action. Jolly Bolly Xmas to all of you. If, like me, this is the first since DDay, it is laden with so many emotions and definitely a lot of sadness. I just wanted to send Christmas blessings to each and every one of you. Good riddance to 2004. I know the next year will just get better and better. MERRY CHRISTMAS. TT

We are having a different X-mas too. My WH is no where to be found. No calls, did not go to my MIL's house last night. They told me they are not surprised this has been the pattern for the past year. He was a no-show at Easter, a no show for Halloween. I know he is mad at me for leaving him - but he punishes the kids???? We have muddled through the kids are happy not asking about him and are excited about going to my brother's today. I was depressed yesterday but I'm ok today. Wish everybody here a happy day.
