Mulan,
I liked reading "The Rules". The line that most stuck was "love only those who love you." When I was single, I came to the conclusion that any man who had to be chased wasn't worth catching. I think that applies even to my husband and father of my children.
I let Tom know that I am open to spending 15 hours per week with him, but the ball's in his court. It's up to him to make sure it happens.
My New Year's Resolution is win-win or no deal. Thank you for your insight and your strength.

Hi Cherished,
Glad to hear that you are feeling better. I think that all of those women who laughed and sneered at *The Rules* when it was featured on *The Oprah Show* about ten years ago are now frantically paging through their copies of *He's Just Not That Into You* and wondering why they no one ever told them about this stuff before!
I'm very glad I bought a copy of *The Rules* for my daughter when she was a teenager. I would recommend that every female BS read this book. I think that, and HJNTIY, will really open some women's eyes. I sure wish *The Rules* had been around when I was in high school.
Has anyone else read this book? What did you think of it, especially if you have become a BS? Mulan
