this is a book i just downloaded and it is written for the ws by a betrayed spouse. has anyone read it? it is by katie coston. it isnt in book stores that i know of only off the internet. it is a guide with specific steps for a ws that wants to heal and recover? the bs isnt supposed to read it...only the ws.

i would love to discuss this book with some fws.....what you think of it and such.

I'll look it up later Nikko. I would love to see what the author has to say. What do you think of it so far?

well i only read as far as----bs, put the book down now and give it to ws! LOL

it seems to be a concrete road map for the ws that wants to earn forgiveness and respect from the bs. i was wondering if any ws's here have read it or have heard of it and what they think. i gave it to hubby this morning. even though we are three years out, he hasnt dealt with his own guilt and issues from this. im hoping it will help him.

nikko, please do keep us updated on this. I would love to hear whatever input your husband gives you.

You are sooo strong to have not read that book. I'm not sure I could've resisted.

If the book is helpful to him, and my h and I move towards reconciliation, maybe i'll point him to it. That way HE can download it and I won't be tempted!

I downloaded that last year when I was researching what information was out there that was primarily targeted towards the WS. It was really pretty good - HOWEVER - you need a totally committed WS who really wants to understand and make things right for the information to do any good. If there's any fog left - they'll likely dismiss it pretty quickly.
