This was our 1st Christmas post exposure of FWW's A. When asked what I wanted for Christmas this year I told everyone that I had everything I wanted, MY FAMILY, and that that in it's self was enough and I meant it. I am so grateful to have the chance to rebuild the relationship with my W/best friend and to be able to see my children grow up I can't even express it.

The odd part of the season though, was that I started having wierd thoughts about FWW and OM and the A in general. It didn't ruin the season but it sure has opened some old wounds. Is this typical? Will the thoughts pass with the season?

I should probably also add that it has nothing to do with FWW's behavior, there isn't a whole lot more she could do at this point.

ME,

Yes, you will still have trigger moments and thoughts that seem to come out of no where. Have you tried posting on the recovery board to get some imput from those that have been in recovery for a long time? Might help you. Glad you had a good Christmas
