If nothing else, DD will get an education fund. </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">As far as I know one cannot launch a civil action on the grounds of adultery here....do you know different. Yes, my understanding of family law here reveals it does not affect parenting considerations as well. Otherwise I'd be going for full custody.
I've never heard even an inkling that any sort of litigation regarding adultery can be launched. The only time it's come close that I know of, is that a woman in Ontario claimed she was so traumatized by the ordeal, she could not work and thus was awarded spousal support for an indefinite amount of time.

Well, here in BC, there is a link that says different. Family Relations Act It says an action must NOT be maintained for restitution of conjugal rights, etc. At the very least, I can order her to court and if Adultery is provable. Which it is, she can be forced to pay legal costs. But another law link: Says you can sue. http://www.bcli.org/pages/publications/ lrcreports/reports (html) /Lrc68text.html #CHAPTER %20II You'll have to paste the 2 lines of html to get to the right page.Take out the spaces as the entire link is not available becasue of the [] tags.

I have just read a portion of it, I'll be looking for similar legislation here. Amazing. Has your lawyer said anything promising regarding this?
P.S. Note to self...never get FA-A upset with me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Hey, Binder. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Thanks!
You are sooo right. I am the best and loyal friend that anyone can have. It is a point of honour with me to be that way.
On the other hand, even WH says he is scared of me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
I NEVER threaten. I will warn. I never resort to violence. But, I can plan rings around a lot of folks with plans inside plans inside other plans. And, if you pi$$ me off enough, I will wait YEARS. That doesn't happen as much now that I am older. And it never did for anything except principles and moral issues. Well, still does. So, I guess WH knows me well. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
