Hello FF:
I posted on my Journal.
Had a rough couple days, spent time in the hospital, and feel better.
WW is really being supportive and understanding and wants to ease up on me a little.
Not sure what to think or do anymore.
To be honest: I feel played and not sure why.
Help if you can

Michael,
Start with your personal recovery. Once you realize you are ok and if she is ready for marital recovery, then work together. If you still need to strengthen yourself, tell her so. Get a MC or call Steve to help you both with a plan.
See communication is vital. Not just communicating but the how, why and when......
Read the book His Needs/Her Needs ASAP. Better if u 2 could do it together but separate will still bring some results.
