Does anyone remember the thread that a WH posted his thoughts on NC, and what it would take?

I an in total shock by what is happening ( I'll post when I can )but WH may just be ready for real recovery

Thanks,

D.

Are you talking about Trueheart's letter to all WS? His letter is not specific to NC...not sure I recall the one you're speaking of if it's different.

I think that is the one - I just remember reading a letter from a WH - either to someone else or a reflection on his journey.

Thanks!

Try to find a post from Orchid. She has the link in her signature line.

When you open the search page, just type "orchid" in the very first text box and search only in GQ II. Make sure you're searching the whole message (subject and body).

You may come up with every post that contains the word "orchid", but Orchid posts enough that you'll end up with one of her posts quick enough.

Ok WGTT, is that the letter you were looking for? Trueheart wrote that one to my WS. Gotta tell you it's a keeper but that fogged up WS of mine at the time couldn't appreciate for all the tea in China. YUCK!!! re: OW is Chinese and sells tea on the internet.

I forget just how powerful that letter was until I just reread it.

Now I have tears streaming down my face.

I gave a copy of this to WH back in August, right after he came back. It didn't get through to him at that time.

How can you not be moved by THAT? A sure of dorkiness is the only answer I can come up with.

FIM,

All sane people w/b moved by that letter. That is why it needs not to come as a surprise when a WS acts like that is nothing. My WS had the nerve to tell he that he thought trueheart was a bit pious by his poster name.

Arrrghh.... I told him that trueheart had a change of heart and that trueheart had the right to write that letter from his heart. Then I told that WS that I am sorry he is too foggy to appreciate but that others with a clearer head would.

....and so it was. This letter of Trueheart's has been read by many a BS and WS alike.

I am proud of my share in that thread. The greater thanks does go to Trueheart.
