Bear with me guys - but is there a page I can go to to find out what all of the abv's mean?

STBX ?

BS? - I can tell you what the 1st thing that popped into my mind was - but I don't think that's what it means <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Plan A?

Plan B?

ETC.......

Can someone clue me in ?

As for plan A and B, read up in the concepts area. Then get ahold of Surviving an Affair and His needs/Her needs.

Then come back and post your questions. Remember these plans are to help the BS. Most WS act like azzez while the BS is in plan A that's why plan B is usually needed shortly thereafter. Don't stay too long in plan A (it is tiring to keep a smile on your face 24/7 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> ). You will not fix the WS in these plans all the time. These plans are to help the BS regain the strength and stance to have a good personal recovery. Then later if marital recovery becomes an option (due to WS turning into an Xws or spouse), then these plans will benefit even your spouse.
