My day has gone fairly well, spoke to my WW twice and they were both good conversations. She even asked me to sneak out of work and have some dinner with her <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Yet tonight she is showing properties and for what ever reason I am streesed out.

I know she could be lying to me about what she is doing or she could be telling me the truth, I only say this b/c she is showing people I have met before.

I am unable to understand my state right now, my chest is tight and I feel light headed. I feel like I need to vomit. This is not right.


I pray every day for this to end. Does any one know of any natural suppliments you can take to ease this off a bit. I still don't want med's from my Doc. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

For various reasons, I cannot and will not take anti-depressants. I do use something called kava-kava that has been very good for short-term easing of anxiety, enough to let me work and let me sleep.

Kava is a bit controversial. There is some evidence that it can cause liver damage, but so does Tylenol and so does booze. Do some research on it and see if it sounds okay for you. It's been a lifesaver for me many, many times.

NOTE: Females should NOT use kava if there is any chance of pregnancy (or if nursing.) No one should use kava if they have any liver problems or drink alcohol. Use only products made solely from the roots, not from the leaves and stems. Good luck.

Sighs..you would be so much more relaxed with turtles instead of a hamster...but...aside from that...

((alank))...I was just thinking of this tonight, though the reason for my feelings are not good ones. Got a job...and for some reason see this putting another nail in the coffin of my marriage. Dunno why I have this sense of doom. But I'm physically not feeling well...stomach, headache...tired...ick, hate this.

alank, what you said here about the wifey is good stuff! I'm sure you're nervous and confused as to what it means. Deep breaths! Hopefully it will pass for you.
