Just go to the specific thread you want to add. Then copy and paste the full address (on top of the page) into your post.

If you want to give a name to the link, you can use the instant UBB code: URL to do this. (You will find these codes underneath the message box). You'll just have to provide the full address and then the name of the link (for example "My Story").
