Okay, so I went on Dr. Phil's website, to look at the previous shows that Mom23Boys was on, and while I was there I looked at the "Be on the show section" There was a topic called something like "Is your spouse cheating and you know who with?" So I filled it out and I got an e-mail from the shows assoc. producer today asking if I'd be interested in coming on the show, and asking me to e-mail her recent photographs of myself and my WH.....Good lord what the hell am I gonna do?!?!?!
I seriously don't think my WH is gonna be too happy about it. I don't know what to do, is this a good thing or a bad thing?!?! I don't want this to get in the way of what I'm trying to do, I'd much rather have my husband back than be on TV....What do you think?!?!?!
OMG help please!

Okay......disregard this, crisis averted.....the lady called and talked to me, and they were going to do a show where they sent a private investigator out and got it on tape, and then busted the WS on the show, and since I've already busted my WH out, I don't really fit the criteria, unless the show changes, which she said it might.....they still want me to send in a recent pic....I don't think I will.

Hmmm, asking for a pic seems to be something of a red flag.
What does it matter what you look like if Dr Phil really wants a good story and to help someone. Isn't the story the most important part?
I wonder why they need a picture?

I think you're right to be hesitant. Issues of exposure aside- it smells a bit of pandering. I think for most people the free trip to LA and a makeover for the show isn't worth the denigration of airing ones dirty laundry. Remember Dr Phil may wish to help- but he is also a ratings hound- he knows where his bread is buttered.

Yeah, I decided it was a bad idea, and I really didn't fit into the catagory....they were hiring a P.I. and getting proof on tape, and then exposing on the show, and that doesn't really apply to me.....I don't even know why I did it, but I about had a meltdown when they replied.
LOL!!!!
