Hardly anything fits me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

I have been on the heavy side all my life. I have tried many diets but nothing ever seemed to work. Last year (before getting pregnant) I lost about 20 pounds in three months following the Dr.Phil Diet plan. This is the only plan that has worked for me. Also I was doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Dvd's (in-home walking)

After I lost the 20 pounds I got pregnant with my daughter. I gained eight pounds during my pregnancy. Afterwards I lost about twenty more pounds. I am down to a size that I haven't been in since high school. The last week or so I have strayed away from my healthier eating plan. I know why but now I got to get back on track.

I feel wonderful yet I still have about 30 pounds to go.

How is everyone doing on their Infidelity Diet?

Have you lost the weight you have always wanted to lose?

Please don't lose more weight than you need to lose....If you have no appetite, just make yourself drink some whole milk (or a nutritious shake) and eat some food. (Even if it is just several bowls of Raisin Bran or other healthy cereal and a banana.)

TAKE CARE OF YOU!

Remember this:

I was in a very bad way as many who have seen or heard my story. I lost over 40 pounds because of ww and Om..

I am now back to my normal weight, running, Working out an doing my Martial Arts.

My ww came to me just the other day and sat me down with an open heart and told me everything about her A.

I feel better but am still taking it so very slow..

The weight does come back and life does get better just have faith in yourself

Hi there. I thought I'd drop in my 2 cents.
When I first found out about my husband's A I was too sick to eat. I am 5'10 and weighed 160. Within 2 months I was down to 120 and people were a'talkin. I looked like I was sick. I ended up divorcing and lost another 200 pounds lol When he was gone and I was trying to re-gain my self esteem I was also re-gaining my weight and some. I went up to 212 pounds. I think they call that the eat junk as you feel sorry for yourself diet lol.
Now 18 months later I'm back to my pre-affair weight and feeling healthy. I make time for me and I use it to stay in shape. Whether it's a walk outside, weather permitting, or swimming at the community center pool or riding my exercize buke with some music. And I've stopped buying any junk food that I like lol.
I really believe it's about feeling good about yourself and having self esteem, something those pesky cheating spouses rob us of.

Pre A 154lbs, post 124 in 5 weeks. Been trying to loose those baby pounds for 12 years!! My WH actually said "your welcome" to me. Anyhow soon after DD I started back to the YMCA. Felt better than I had in years. My back problem was much better and was able to start running again. Gradually started in on the weights. I have not lost anymore since Nov. but I think the weight training revs up that 40+ metabolism and muscle does burn more calories!!!

As long as we are on the health topic....Has anyone else experienced hair loss? My hair is practically falling out. Dr is checking me for Lupus and thyroid, but thought it could just be a "grief" thing. I am thinking maybe the AD I am on? Any thoughts out there?
