It's been one of those weeks, actually.
Death.
Debt.
Disagreements.
Detachment.
Depression. (his and mine)
Dog accidents on the carpet(and cat accidents)
Disgruntled manager
Digging - compared to "cutting" to have some sort of sense of being alive through all this.
aDDiction (I know - not a D word, but lends itself to that sense of betrayal that D day can have on some of us, in the form of flashbacks)
The only "D" word I can think of that I haven't experienced this week is DIVORCE.
And I've contemplated it a few times, just in a fantasy of liberation.

Just wanted to say welcome to this board!
I can say I've had one of those days - almost every day since D-day!!
I don't post as much as I read but wanted to encourage you to read-up every day.
The people here are so encouraging. I can honestly say that if not for MB, my H would have been out weeks ago and I would not have even considered trying to rebuild my marraige.

My bad days are always on the Sat nights when S is with WS/H.
