Look up posts from J.R. around mid 2002. He used something along those lines 2 verify his W was having a PA, though it wasn't DNA testing.

Not sure if this is what your after but:

I did not use a "lab" to test my W's cloths.

I used a Home Semen Detection Kit.

It worked like a charm....and that was how I got the "tangible" evidence I needed to catch her.
(Otherwise she would have just continued to lie .......probably till this very day).

Not proud that I had to go this route...(but as my W's entire A occurred "at work") and in places I had NO Access to, this was close to one of the only ways for me to catch her.

The claim is that as long a a piece of clothing has NOT been washed, semen can be detected for upwards of 2 years.
(However, I don't know about that, as I checked my W's underclothes the next day).

But it sure was the smoking gun I needed to Pry a confession out of her.

Heck, I still have the 2nd kit somewhere (as I got all the evidence I needed on the 1st go round). [They came 2 kits in a pack].

Don't know if that helps (as you mentioned specific DNA)....as if your looking to implicate a certain person.
If that is the case, this kit will not help you as it only tests for traces of Any semen....not a specific person's.

The kit I used was called Check mate.
IT sure was a small price to pay to get my piece of mind back. (Cause She sure made it seem like I was "crazy" and this was somehow just all in my mind).
