Told WH in the form of a note today (Child home sick) the BIL/Boss says he will probably fire him if he tells him he is still with the OW. Figured he should know.
Also told him I can't wait for the weekend for his decision I need to know today. Told him I took my blood pressure at Winn Dixie this morning...155/98
Too much stress, drinking and smoking.
He went to talk to his brother and his brother kept switching it around to him and his wife, (who also had an affair). He just called from the local drinking hole and said very depressed like not to worry about him. I said, but I do. He said oh no, trust me, don't worry about me. I said what is that supposed to mean? He said nothing, don't worry about it and then got off the phone real quick after making sure DS got off the bus ok. Said he was just touching base.

I have to keep telling myself, I didn't do this to him, he did. He was suicidal once b4 during our marriage when the kids were babies. But that time it was over finances.
It seems very similar to that time.
I don't have a question I guess, just wanted to get this off my chest.

I would be careful what you tell him the BIL will or won't do. Especially if it involves employment issues. In some states, and in some jobs, an employees job is almost seen as a property right. You WH might be able to cause legal troubles if he is fired with out proper cause. I don't know the whole situation, but I would let his boss handle it, and you stay in the background. After all we are only in charge of ourselves, that includes BIL. If he wants to say something, let him say it, don't you say it for him.

no, the OW quit about 3 weeks after they all found out there.
Just got an email from SIL, wife of the idiot boss. Boss says he called him around one today and left a voice mail and hasn't heard anything back yet. She says that is really really wrong and he should be available for the boss. True, but stings a little because the boss has not been available for him. Hard situation because he is also the BIL.Neice just called and now I have to email SIL
