My son is home from Iraq - have not seen him yet but talk alot on phone. Thank God he is home. Now the bad news -he has been exposed to depleted Uranium. Does anyone know what this could do to him. ? He was exposed several times. I am worried.

Where was he at? My step son, in the 1544th, also got home last week. My SS was in the Green Zone in Bagdad.

Haven't heard anything about the exposure he has had.

Melody he was in the green zone as well. Camp Anaconda - he was at several sites where aircraft and other things went on that had been shot or exploded that is where the contamination happened. Have they done a urine test on you ss? Scary stuff -I guess they do not know much about what can happen over time.
