OW will be going to court for her 4th Driving after revocation. I know for a fact that she is still driving. Also I know she's doing drugs, of course I can't prove this one. She does this in front of her kids (including OC) and has several men in her life as well. H doesn't believe this. In his mind she can do no wrong what-so-ever. My motivation of course is not pure, however I feel she's gotten away with so much already. Do I just let it go and wait?

My vote is to report any violation of the law that you can prove to the police and do it discretely.

Heh,

Screw motivation. Why is everyone so concerned with their motives all the time? Sheesh.

Let's talk practicality.

OK..take a handfull of Jello..now go try to nail it to the wall.

It won't work, is futile, frustrating, and will make a mess.

I know you'd love a chance to nail her..but what you have right now is Jello.

If you had something substantial..that you could PROVE, without it backfiring [for example..if you say "well, she does drugs in front of OC"..they will say.."How do you know? and then you are toast because just BEING there where someone is doing drugs puts YOU in question.] I don't think you need to have the approval of the samurai code of honor <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> ..as long as it it true and legal you are pretty much in the clear.

Would I if I had the opportunity? Very possibly, it would depend entirely on the specifics.

A collection of video's of her behind the wheel might be useful. This would be very easy to obtain. You must have something solid.
