Well I don't know where to start. We have been neglecting each other for so long that I kinda don't blame him for having an affair. But now we need to figure out how to rebuild something that has been tore completely down. At this point he doesn't know what he wants. We both know we don't want to go back to the same thing. Is it wrong to insist that he tell me every affair if there is more? And how do I know if I can forgive him completely?

To start...know each others emotional needs, follow the MB steps.
It does take two for a marriage to fall apart and it takes two to rebuild it. I suspect you both want a marriage that is better than the one that caused the affair, it is possible but you both have to work at it. I wouldn't insist on him telling you all of his affairs,it would only hurt you if there has been more. You could probably guess when/if there had been more by his actions in the past (I've been wondering myself, but he insists there hasn't been). Do you think he would really tell you?
Eventually you will forgive him but you will never forget the pain he caused you.
Things will work out if you both work on it.
Good luck...
