dday was 8/24/04. I had suspected all summer so I'm sure the A was going on a few months prior.
Anyways, I filed for D in 9/04 due to his fence sitting. Several x's over the months he has had his moments of confusion, not knowing what he really wants. He has taken our 2 yr. old around her and her kids several x's and got in trouble in court b/c our RO states our child is not to be around her. Ok....Fri. nt. he tells me over the phone that he thinks about it often and doesn't know if he's making the right decision. Asked me if I thought there was too much damage. I told him I didn't want the D, but had no choice. He wasn't trying to R. I told him he didn't give his M a chance. We left it at that and then I find out the next day he had our child around her again all day. He is in contempt again! I am furious. Now we have to go back to court. Why is he telling me these things, then hurting me again.?????

When it comes to our kids, love must be tough. Same with a WS.
He's in contempt. Have charges filed. Let him know when he is capable of being a good father, you will be in favor of that as you're about safety and child being taken care of properly.
Let him know if he wants to be a H, and come home, you will talk to him then. Our children do not need to see our affair partners. Our world is tough enough already for the kids these days...we should put them first instead of our selfish behaviors. Tell wh that. File charges...be loving to him but tough. He will not cross the line anymore if he knows there are consequences...
