I saw a book someone was talking about, and cannot find the thread it was on. going crazy looking. It is about dealing with resentment. anyone know what I am looking for? Also any other reading? I have gotten, HNHN,after the affair, surviving an affair, love must be tough(yuck), sex begins in the kitchen, love busters. any other good, different views? looking for torn asunder now at bookstores, not having luck on this one.
Thanks

Try Men are from mars women from venus (or something like that). It talks about the differences in men and women and how they deal with conflict.
Also, try Not Just Friends. I haven't read this myself, but I've heard it is an excellent book.

Hi HnH, I found this on line. Look towards the bottom, they list about 6 different books on Resentment. I hope one is the one you are looking for. Books on Anger and Resentment You can also go to Amazon.com and do a search using the word Resentment. I did that, there were PLENTY.... Good luck - Dru [ March 02, 2005, 06:14 PM: Message edited by: Drucilla ]

Realtor*, have read SAA, just has small chapter on dealing with resentment. Looking for another pov. I try not to rely on just one source. I do like SH, I like his philosophy, just opening my mind more. Thanks

The book Your Best Life Now is not focused on marriages or affairs, but can pretty much be applied to all areas of your life. It has chapters on forgiveness, dealing with resentment & bitterness, letting go of emotional pains. I also felt the book helped me with my confidence and getting some of my joy back.
