Hello everybody,
I'm off to our first MC and I wanted to throw up an idea and see what you think. The past year and a bit our relationship has been so convoluted and crazy, two affairs I know about, allot of Internet stuff and unbelievable dishonesty. I am trying to figure out how we sit infront of the MC and try to explain the complexity of this. I thought I could put the details to paper and have the WS read it so that she is in agreement and bring it to the MC. Any thoughts on this?

The MC is there to help you and her talk to each other. The MC isn't there to solve your problems for you--he/she is there to help you and your WS solve the problems. The MC is not a judge.
One of the big problems in Ms that have an A is the lack of communication between BS and WS. SO, you and she need to learn to talk to each other about this stuff.
"Writing out" a description of the As seems to me to be self-defeating.

I guess I realize thet but I just thought that if the MC new where we were coming from it may shed some light on our situation, but I agree we are going to work on communication and it is up to us to resolve it.
Thanks for your opinion

Writing down your thoughts so you don't forget certain items is a good idea, but you can't write down your spouses thoughts. I tend to get very emotional in MC so I have a paper with some bullet points that I can refer to if needed.
